Contact
One address. A person reads it.
Product Guard is made by a small team, so there's no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of us. Write with the detail you'd want if you were answering, and you'll get a real reply.

Something's broken
Tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you tapped just before it went wrong. A screenshot settles most of it in one round trip.
-
A receipt read badly
The most useful thing you can send is what the app filled in and what the receipt actually said. Don't send the receipt itself — we don't want it, and we don't need it.
-
You want a feature
Tell us the situation, not the solution. “I buy things for the office and need to know whose warranty it is” gets built better than “add a tags field”.
-
Privacy and data requests
We hold no copy of your warranties, so there's nothing of yours for us to hand over or delete. If you need that confirmed in writing for a formal request, ask and we'll send it.

Press, partnerships, anything else
Same address. Say what you're after in the first line.
